Something is gathering. On Sunday 19 July 2026, a small group of women will come together in London for an afternoon that moves at a different pace — unhurried, embodied, alive.
In Full Bloom is a curated wellness event bringing together three practices that each, in their own way, ask you to arrive fully: aerial yoga, live sound healing with crystal bowls, and ceremonial cacao. Together, they create something more than the sum of their parts — a container for women to soften, to feel, and to bloom.
What is In Full Bloom?
In Full Bloom is one of UMMII Wellness London’s most anticipated wellness events of 2026. It is an afternoon designed not to perform wellness, but to practise it — in a room with other women who understand the difference.
The event takes place on Sunday 19 July 2026 in London, with two ticket options for different arrivals into the experience.
What to expect
Aerial yoga opens the body gently — using silk hammocks suspended from the ceiling to support postures that might otherwise feel inaccessible. You don’t need experience. You need only willingness.
Live sound healing with crystal bowls follows — a deeply restorative practice where frequency and vibration do the work. Rooted in the same intention as Holy Fire Reiki, sound healing asks the nervous system to settle. The body tends to remember how, when given the right conditions.
Ceremonial cacao is woven throughout. Prepared with intention, ceremonial cacao is a plant medicine of sorts — a heart-opening, grounding presence that has accompanied women’s circles and ritual gatherings for centuries. It amplifies feeling. It softens what is held.
Two ways to arrive
The Full Experience (£115) includes aerial yoga, ceremonial cacao, and live Reiki sound healing. Doors open at 12:30pm.
The Sound & Cacao experience (£65) joins from 1:45pm for the sound healing and cacao ceremony — an intimate landing for those who want to begin in stillness.
Spaces are intentionally limited. This is not a festival. It is a gathering.
